About The Position

This position is responsible for operating a scale and bagger system and keeping accurate count of all materials used while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Operate scale & bagger system. Maintain accurate weights and assist in evaluation of product to help ensure weights. Assist with clean-up and sanitation following USDA/Tyson guidelines. Maintain and keep accurate count on all materials used. All other duties assigned by Supervisor. All qualified applicant’s safety record will be reviewed. Follow safe practices including the use of personal protective equipment when required. Follow all sanitary procedures and policies. Lift up to 50-70 lbs. occasionally. Understand and follow instructions given by Supervisor.

Requirements

6 months continuous work history in 2 years
Must complete an on-line job application in Workday
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
All applicants must provide their government identification number so the system can verify any previous Tyson employment history.
This facility accepts rehires after 365 days and only if the applicant has not worked more than two previous times for Tyson.
