In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for truck drivers entering and exiting our facility while helping keep shipments, inventory, and operations running smoothly. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, transportation, warehousing, manufacturing, customer service, dispatching, or administrative support preferred
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and team members
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities
Ability to work safely in an industrial setting

Responsibilities

Weigh inbound and outbound trucks, trailers, and railcars using computerized scale systems
Process shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and scale tickets
Enter data accurately and maintain shipment and inventory records
Communicate with truck drivers, operations personnel, and other departments throughout the day
Answer phones and assist drivers with questions and directions
Monitor site safety requirements and ensure drivers follow PPE guidelines
Support inventory tracking and operational reporting
Help maintain an organized, clean, and professional scale house environment
Assist with month-end reporting and administrative tasks as needed
