About The Position

WSW Logistics is a family-owned company that provides commercial real estate development, property management, and supply chain services. They are seeking a Scalehouse Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, communication, organization, and supporting a safe, efficient operation in a fast-paced environment. The Scalehouse Administrator is responsible for supporting daily scalehouse and administrative operations by maintaining accurate paperwork, entering trailer and carrier data, communicating with yard and office personnel, and helping ensure the smooth flow of inbound and outbound activity. This role plays an important part in supporting transportation coordination, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for Bill of Lading paperwork for Scrap OCC
• Data entry of Trailer/Carrier Information into GBP Inventory System
• Direct communication with Yard Spotters and informs them of trailer locations
• Organization and Maintenance of daily paperwork of Carrier files
• Dispatch and Communication support for Chemical/Coal Trucks that go in/out of the Mill
• Work with Office Personnel to make Bill of Ladings for Outbound
• Assist in WSW Logistics safety initiatives and administrative support
• Administrative and office support as needed
• All other duties as needed or assigned
