About The Position

1 Resource Group is seeking experienced Scaffold Builders to join its team in Bay Minette, Alabama. Scaffold Builders work at various project locations, erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffold systems while ensuring the work complies with safety standards and project requirements. The role offers competitive hourly rates based on experience and per diem as applicable.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scaffold Builder.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of scaffold construction and safety regulations.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Nice To Haves

• NCCER Certification.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan scaffold construction.
• Erect, secure, and dismantle scaffold systems safely and efficiently.
• Inspect scaffold components for defects and ensure proper maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
