About The Position

As an experienced Industrial Scaffold Builder, you will assemble and dismantle scaffolding systems. The role requires a high level of skill, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols. The position is based on-site in Red Oak, Texas, and reports to the Superintendent/Project Manager.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Industrial Scaffold Builder.
• Strong understanding of scaffolding safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a quick learner and motivated.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures.
• Ensure scaffold components are installed securely and meet safety standards.
• Perform site inspections to assess scaffold stability and safety.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to meet project requirements.
• Maintain and manage scaffold inventory and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on scaffold structures as needed.
