Scaffold Builder
About The Position
Loenbro is seeking experienced Industrial Scaffold Builders to join its Loenbro West team in Johnstown, Colorado. The role is responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding systems, ensuring components are secure and meet safety standards, inspecting scaffold stability and safety, and performing maintenance and repairs. The Scaffold Builder works with site supervisors and team members to meet project requirements and maintains scaffold inventory and equipment. The position requires adherence to safety regulations, company policies, PPE requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety policies. Work takes place in manufacturing, pipeline, and refining environments and may involve heights, confined spaces, limited working surfaces and visibility, extreme temperatures, noise above 85 decibels, and intense odors. Travel and relocation may be needed. The position is full-time and non-exempt, with a Colorado pay range of $17–$28 USD.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Industrial Scaffold Builder.
- Strong understanding of scaffolding safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions.
