This position involves performing CCA (Circuit Card Assembly) testing and repair on RFBU (Radio Frequency Blanking Unit) CCAs, as well as Miniature/Microminiature Electronics Repair (2M) supporting testing and repair of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) and Electronic Modules (EM).

  • Fluent with Windows operating systems and how to navigate them and standard applications within.

Responsibilities

  • Perform CCA (Circuit Card Assembly) testing and repair on RFBU (Radio Frequency Blanking Unit) CCAs.
  • Perform Miniature/Microminiature Electronics Repair (2M) supporting testing and repair of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) and Electronic Modules (EM).
  • Review documentations, standard operating procedures, and drawings to determine component root cause analysis troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate and fluently communicate with management, leads, QA, engineering, logisticians, and other technicians as needed to fulfill the test and repair operations.
  • Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions.
  • Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions.
  • Collects, maintains, organizes, compiles, and manipulates technical data.
  • Supports engineering activities such as design, test, checkout, modification, fabrication and assembly of electro mechanical systems.
  • Conduct or monitor system, subsystem, equipment or component testing.
  • Analyze test results/determine valid recommendations and conclusions based on test data.
  • Assist in design modification by compiling data related to design, specifications, and materials that are pertinent to specific items of equipment or component parts; develop information concerning previous operational failures and modifications and use judgment and initiative to recognize inconsistencies or gaps in data and seek sources to clarify information.
