About The Position

Safely operate a saw machine, performing tasks such as using calipers and hand drills, turning the machine on and off, safety-tapping, running and pulling parts, and performing quality control checks. The role involves reading weekly schedules to determine needs and stacking parts properly, including checking their length.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
  • Frequently required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
