About The Position

Study Smart Tutors seeks a part-time SAT Prep Facilitator in San Francisco, California. The facilitator provides support to large groups of students in a classroom setting and teaches SAT preparation. Facilitators can access information about class assignments and work with Study Smart Tutors staff and the Education team to deliver comprehensive learning strategies. The role requires in-person availability and flexible scheduling Monday through Friday during or after school hours.

Requirements

• Must hold a completed four-year degree.
• Teaching or tutoring experience is required.
• In-person availability is required.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday during or after school hours.
• Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning for large groups of students in a classroom setting.
• Teach SAT preparation.
• Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies.
• Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart Tutors staff.
• Partner with the Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to students.
