About The Position

U.S. Bank is seeking a SAS Marketing Campaign Analyst to play an integral role in developing and executing marketing campaigns for Business Banking. The candidate is responsible for campaign management by gathering campaign requirements, data discovery, building campaigns using SAS and collaborating with various internal and external partners. Must be able to work independently with strong analytic, communication, and project management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as econometrics, computer science, engineering or applied mathematics, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to seven years of statistics or analytics experience
  • Prior SAS coding experience required
  • Experience extracting data from multiple source systems and relational databases
  • Analytic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Basic project management experience, ability to lead project from inception to completion

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of Database Marketing Campaign Operations, Marketing Analytics or related field
  • Business Banking Marketing Campaign experience preferred
  • Cloud experience is a huge plus (Azure, Synapse, Databricks, Python, SQL), Cloud migration planned over the next 12 months
  • Financial Services experience preferred
  • Adobe Workfront Management Platform experience

Responsibilities

  • Engage with the internal business marketing and product teams to execute key initiatives
  • Interpret business needs into campaign data requirements
  • Build and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Perform campaign data quality control to verify expected result and campaign requirements are met
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables to internal and external end users
