About The Position
CTG is seeking an experienced SAP WM Functional Consultant. This role is ideal for a hands-on functional expert who has led full-cycle SAP WM implementations and can work independently with both business and IT stakeholders. The role is remote and has a duration of 9 months.
Requirements
- 7+ years of SAP WM functional experience
- 2–3 full lifecycle SAP WM implementations (lead role)
- Experience leading workshops and translating business requirements into solutions
- SAP WM configuration across: warehouse structure, picking strategies, shipping, and inventory
- Handling Unit Management, Fixed Bin Management, Batch & Serialized Management
- Inbound/Outbound processing and Physical Inventory
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
Nice To Haves
- Experience with delivery processing and writing functional specs
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP WM implementations (design, configuration, testing, deployment)
- Conduct and drive Warehouse Management business process workshops
- Configure SAP WM to support warehouse operations and logistics processes
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Support inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, and shipping workflows
- Develop functional specifications and support testing cycles (SIT/UAT)
- Troubleshoot and optimize WM processes post-implementation
