About The Position

Seeking Experienced SAP PM Functional Consultant for Long-Term Project (Remote in Mexico City) We are looking for a highly skilled SAP PM Functional Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading global organization. This role focuses on analyzing business processes, designing system solutions, and driving continuous improvement through SAP Plant Maintenance expertise.

Requirements

With over 7 years of experience as a SAP Functional Consultant, you must be proficient in:
Advanced expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
Experience working as a Business Analyst within SAP environments
Strong knowledge of process design and system integration
Bachelor’s degree or higher
English level: Intermediate to Advanced (B2–C1)
Strong communication, empathy, commitment, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and design system solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Assess current business models and define future-state solutions.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Develop process maps and detailed documentation for current and future processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams for seamless integration.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.
Provide training and support to end-users to improve system adoption.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and contribute to key project decisions.
Lead and support team activities, ensuring effective collaboration.
