About The Position

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant for an SAP S/4HANA transformation project with a pharmaceutical client. The consultant will design, configure, and optimize transportation and logistics processes in SAP TM, working with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams to support transportation planning, execution, and integration with other SAP modules in an international pharmaceutical environment.

The role includes analyzing business requirements, designing end-to-end processes, configuring SAP TM solutions, supporting freight and transportation processes, and ensuring integration with SAP SD, MM, and EWM. The consultant will also identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, facilitate workshops, support testing and deployment activities, and prepare functional and process documentation.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM), including configuration and implementation.
• Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end transportation and logistics processes.
• Strong understanding of transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, and freight execution.
• Experience with freight settlement and transportation cost management processes.
• Good understanding of integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules, particularly SD, MM, and EWM.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or rollout projects.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Experience conducting workshops, preparing functional specifications, and supporting testing and deployment activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end transportation management processes within SAP TM.
• Configure and optimize SAP TM solutions for transportation planning, freight management, and execution.
• Support freight order management, transportation scheduling, carrier selection, and freight settlement processes.
• Ensure integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules, particularly SD, MM, and EWM.
• Identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and develop functional solutions.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align on solution designs.
• Support testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement SAP TM solutions successfully.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and configuration documentation.
