About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on SAP S/4HANA Consultant specializing in Logistics Sales and Distribution, with Transportation Management knowledge. The role focuses on implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP logistics solutions in complex environments. It requires fluency in English and Spanish and proven support experience. The project involves clients in the Americas, including the US, Canada, Mexico, and LATAM.

The consultant will work with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution and Transportation Management integration, including in Public and Private Editions. The role also involves guiding logistics business processes, leading or participating in SAP projects, training users, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining standardized documentation and processes aligned with customer standards.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Editions and/or at least 3 years of experience with S/4HANA Public Editions in Sales and Transportation Management.
• Certification in S/4HANA Public or Private Edition.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
• Strong support experience using different ticketing tools, IRT, and SLA.
• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and training abilities, fostering team growth and knowledge-sharing.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with excellent problem-solving skills.

• ABAP knowledge, including debugging and programming.
• CX (Commerce Cloud), Sales Cloud, or Customer Service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution and Transportation Management integration.
• Create Functional Specification Documents and perform Functional Unit Testing.
• Apply SAP Best Practices or Scope items in S/4HANA Public and Private Editions.
• Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for logistics-related business processes.
• Lead and participate in SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Deliver user training and help teams maximize SAP capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration with FI, CO, MM, PP, QM, SCM, MM-IM, and EWM.
• Maintain standardized documentation and processes to ensure compliance with customer standards.
