About The Position

Provide support for distribution systems and operations and assist with the implementation of distribution projects and initiatives to drive continuous process improvement. The role supports distribution-center system use, trains team members, troubleshoots issues, develops training materials, assists with testing, uses data-analysis tools in collaboration with the SAP team, and supports departmental process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced SAP experience.
• Distribution center or manufacturing experience.
• Strong technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the distribution center on systems-related issues.
• Train team members on system functionalities.
• Troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Develop and update training materials for new functionality and system updates.
• Assist with system unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Use data analysis tools and work with the SAP team.
• Continuously support departmental process improvements.
