About The Position

The SAP Super User supports distribution systems and operations and assists with implementing distribution projects and initiatives to drive continuous process improvement. The role provides systems support to the distribution center, helps team members learn system functionality, and contributes to system testing, data analysis, and departmental process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced SAP experience.
• Distribution center or manufacturing experience.
• Strong technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the distribution center on systems-related issues.
• Train team members on system functionalities.
• Troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Develop and update training materials for new system functionality and updates.
• Assist with system unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Use data analysis tools and work with the SAP team.
• Provide ongoing support for departmental process improvements.
• Assist in implementing distribution projects and initiatives.
