We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to support a high priority AMS engagement with a global client. This role requires quickly ramping into an active environment and supporting ongoing operations and stabilization efforts. Supporting knowledge transfer activities and ensuring a smooth transition from the incumbent team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including AMS or post-go-live support environments
  • Hands-on experience with at least two SuccessFactors modules (e.g., EC, recruiting, LMS, Performance & Goals, Compensation)
  • Strong understanding of global HR processes and system integrations
  • Experience supporting knowledge transfer (KT) and vendor transitions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry experience in beauty, retail, or consumer goods
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)

Responsibilities

  • Manage incidents, service requests, and system issues across SuccessFactors modules
  • Maintaining documentation, runbooks, and adherence to SLA and ITIL processes
  • Identifying process improvements and implementing enhancements to improve system performance
  • Partnering with stakeholders to provide updates, address issues, and drive continuous improvement
