About The Position

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise. This role involves requirements gathering, system design, configuration, data migration, client engagement, training, documentation, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will possess strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client orientation and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 4–7 years of HRIS experience.
  • Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
  • Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs.
  • Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
  • Configure and test modules to meet client requirements.
  • Perform or support data migration activities as required.
  • Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review.
  • Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
  • Deliver end-user training on different modules.
  • Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
  • Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
