About The Position
The SAP Senior Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, implementation, optimization and support of the organization's SAP ecosystem. This role leads cross-functional teams, collaborates with business stakeholders, and drives digital transformation initiatives leveraging SAP technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or other related fields
- 10+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations and enterprise implementations
- Strong Stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- SAP Certifications preferred
- Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, and Integration Suites preferred
- PMP, Agile or ITIL certifications recommended
- Previous Manufacturing industry experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the SAP roadmap aligned with business goals
- Lead SAP implementations, updates, migrations, and optimization initiatives
- Manage SAP budgets, vendors, consulting partners, and project portfolios
- Lead and develop SAP functional and technical teams
- Drive process improvements across Finance, Procurement, Warehouse Ops, Customer Service, Sales and Quality
- Ensure SAP platform reliability, security, compliance and performance
