About The Position

Cintas is currently looking for an SAP Security Analyst-Level 3 in the Information Technology department. The SAP Security Analyst-Level 3 is responsible for working on major projects that may span a broad range of systems, providing subject matter expertise and security direction. This role involves working closely with customers, Business Analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality security solutions aligned with business and IT strategies, and compliant with organizational architectural standards. Responsibilities include application analysis, design, security configuration, integration, and enhancement, as well as involvement in complex support issues. The role also entails participating in requirement gathering, advising on system options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on business processes. Additionally, the SAP Security Analyst-Level 3 will be involved in SAP solution design and development supporting multiple enterprise applications, analyzing architecture, system relationships, and end-to-end design flow. This position requires coordinating, developing, and participating in the execution of test plans, providing guidance to other security analysts on improvement opportunities aligned with the long-term vision, and staying updated on new trends and future enhancements by leveraging best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) or equivalent based on education and/or experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP security architecture, design and configuration to enable review of the security team’s work and guidance, as appropriate
• Minimum 5 years utilizing SAP security
• Minimum 3 years of experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance)
• Minimum 3 years of experience of providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members with proven success on multiple enterprise-wide software development projects with support and delivery in a production support role in a medium to large business
• Provide security guidance or business process expertise
• Minimum 1 year of experience communicating security issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, directors, and executives
• Some experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori
• Experience in complex SAP environments supporting multiple components

• Experience in SolMan - ChaRM
