About The Position

G2IT is seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator (Level 3) to support the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with SharePoint administration, cloud technologies, databases, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), and Microsoft Modern Work solutions.

Requirements

• Must hold an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance and be eligible for TS/SCI access.
• 2–3 years of experience in information systems management with a specific focus on SharePoint administration, cloud technologies, and database construction.
• 2+ years of experience working with SQL and/or Microsoft Dataverse.
• 2+ years of experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
• Proficient knowledge of SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Modern Work technologies and Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong knowledge of ADFS, authentication, and enterprise identity services.
• Advanced understanding of machine learning concepts and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related technical field.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• CISSP certification
• CASP or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise SharePoint environments.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Modern Work technologies, including Microsoft Copilot.
• Manage and support SharePoint sites, permissions, configurations, and related services.
• Support cloud-based collaboration and productivity solutions.
• Work with SQL and/or Microsoft Dataverse to support data-driven applications and services.
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
• Support authentication, access, and integration requirements across Microsoft environments.
• Assist with database construction, configuration, and maintenance.
• Support the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
• Apply knowledge of machine learning and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve enterprise search and information discovery.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint, Microsoft 365, database, authentication, and cloud-related issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration procedures, and administrative guidance.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to maintain secure, reliable, and effective collaboration platforms.
