SAP Sales & Distribution Order to Cash Manager
About The Position
The SAP Sales & Distribution Order to Cash Manager will support a live SAP S/4HANA aerospace and defense program operating within a classified environment. The consultant will provide ongoing functional expertise across OTC processes while also contributing to the design, build, testing, and deployment of new capabilities for future program increments. This role serves as a functional SME partnering closely with business users, production operations, and testing teams to ensure successful delivery across the entire program lifecycle. Candidates must bring deep hands‑on SAP S/4HANA OTC experience, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to operate within a secure and complex environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of SAP S/4HANA Order‑to‑Cash expertise to include sales contract and sales order processing, billing, project system integration, and EWM integration and delivery processing
- At least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project
- Natural US-born Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
- Minimum of an active Secret Clearance
- Must live local OR be willing to travel to one of the following locations every week Monday-Friday or a modified schedule of Monday-Thursday: St. Louis, MO (preferred location), Philadelphia, PA, Arlington, VA, Huntington Beach, CA

- Experience supporting classified environments
- Experience supporting project‑based manufacturing or defense programs
- Experience supporting large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
Responsibilities
- Serve as the S/4HANA Order‑to‑Cash functional SME supporting business users and operations in the classified environment
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, production support, and defect resolution
- Support requirements, solution design, build, testing, and release activities for future program increments
- Develop and deliver user guides, training materials, and end‑user support
- Plan and coordinate OTC‑related deployment and cutover activities
