About The Position

We are seeking an SAP QTC (Quote to Cash) Lead with strong Sales & Distribution (SD) expertise to support a large SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation program. This role will lead the Order to Cash workstream, standardizing processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving a successful deployment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in QTC (Quote to Cash) and OTC (Order to Cash) processes.
• Strong skills in SAP SD, Logistics Execution (LE), and Global Trade Services (GTS).
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Previous ERP program leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement SAP S/4HANA best practices for QTC processes.
• Define and standardize Order to Cash workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment.
• Lead and mentor functional leads and analysts in the QTC workstream.
• Manage integration with Record to Report, Source to Pay, and Plan to Produce processes.
• Oversee testing, user training, and deployment activities.
• Support post-go-live operations and performance management.
