Our SAP team helps customers transform their finance operations through SAP S/4HANA implementations, business process optimization, and digital innovation across global environments. To strengthen the activities of our team, we are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Operations Functional Consultant.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP experience, including SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
• Experience participating in supply chain implementations, including a minimum of 2–3 full-lifecycle deployments.
• Deep expertise in SAP MM, PP, and EWM/WM configurations, stock transport orders (STO), batch management, and serial number management.
• Proficiency with SAP Fiori apps, master data governance (MDG), EDI/IDoc interfaces, and basic understanding of analytics tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English (mandatory) to communicate with clients and project teams across North America.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition (preferred).
• SAP Certified Application Associate for S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, Production Planning, or Extended Warehouse Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explore Phase (Design & Requirements): Workshop Facilitation, Requirements Management, Organizational Structure & Golden Rules definition, Solution Enablement, Design Challenge & Validation, Demo Preparation, Integration & Interface Scope definition.
• Realize Phase (Configuration, Testing & Migration): SAP Interface Management, Testing & Test Data preparation and validation, Data Migration Execution (design, develop, test extractors and mapping tools, define and validate mapping rules, data cleansing, data quality checks, execute data extraction, validate migration results, support business validation).
• Deploy & Tool Kit Phase (Change Management & Testing): Change Management & Training support, Toolkit & Planning contribution.
