About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Work Order Management Consultant to support and optimize maintenance, asset management, and manufacturing work order processes within a complex production environment. This individual will serve as a functional subject matter expert, partnering with operations, maintenance, engineering, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to improve efficiency and maximize utilization of SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA work order management processes, maintenance planning, preventive maintenance, and asset lifecycle management in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
5+ years of SAP functional experience.
3+ years supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
Experience managing and optimizing work order processes within SAP.
Strong understanding of: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Maintenance Planning, Preventive Maintenance Programs, Equipment Master Data, Work Order Lifecycle Management
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
Manufacturing industry experience.
Experience supporting multiple facilities or plant locations.
SAP PM/EAM certification.
Experience integrating SAP with: Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Supply Chain processes
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary functional expert for SAP S/4HANA Work Order Management processes.
Analyze, configure, and optimize work order workflows within SAP.
Partner with maintenance, engineering, operations, and production teams to identify process improvements.
Support preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and asset management programs.
Translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications.
Participate in SAP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support.
Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of SAP enhancements.
Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
Monitor system performance and recommend best practices for work order execution.
