About The Position

The SAP Project Manager will be responsible for owning end-to-end project delivery, from design through post-go-live support. This role involves overseeing projects, leading customer support, managing escalations, and ensuring service quality and program governance. The Project Manager will also collaborate with internal and external partners, provide regular reporting, adhere to internal quality processes, and mentor other Project Managers. Maintaining account profitability is a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

• At least 12+ years experience of SAP project management, Fixed Price milestone payment, T&M/Staffing.
• Preferred at least 5 years of SAP experience in non-PM role.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end delivery of the project & should be ready to roll up the sleeves when needed.
• Overseeing the project from start to finish, including design, build, test, and post-go-live support.
• Lead customer support and participate and address program level discussion.
• Lead steering committee meeting with customer.
• Ensuring service quality, availability, and operational capability.
• Establishing effective program governance for each account.
• Working closely with internal and external partners, including customers and project managers.
• Managing escalations and customer communications.
• Ensuring weekly status reports and conducting internal governance meetings.
• Adherence to internal quality (Delivery Excellence) processes.
• Maintain healthy profitability of account considering sold versus delivered margins.
• Mentor Project Managers.
