About The Position

Bristlecone is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery. This role involves overseeing projects from design through post-go-live support, ensuring service quality, and establishing effective program governance. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal and external partners, manage escalations, and provide weekly status reports. This position also requires maintaining account profitability and mentoring other Project Managers. The role demands a hands-on approach, ready to 'roll up the sleeves' when necessary.

Requirements

  • At least 12+ years of experience in SAP project management.
  • Experience with Fixed Price milestone payment and T&M/Staffing.
  • Readiness to roll up the sleeves when needed.
  • Ability to lead customer support and participate in program-level discussions.
  • Ability to lead steering committee meetings with the customer.
  • Ability to ensure service quality, availability, and operational capability.
  • Ability to establish effective program governance for each account.
  • Ability to work closely with internal and external partners, including customers and project managers.
  • Ability to manage escalations and customer communications.
  • Ability to ensure weekly status reports and conduct internal governance meetings.
  • Adherence to internal quality (Delivery Excellence) processes.
  • Ability to maintain healthy profitability of account considering sold versus delivered margins.
  • Ability to mentor Project Managers.
  • Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure.
  • Practice information security for protection of organizational data and Information System.
  • Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
  • Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
  • Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 5 years of SAP experience in a non-PM role.

Responsibilities
