About The Position

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Management professional with strong Kronos Workforce Management expertise to lead system support, implementation, integrations, and enhancement initiatives within a public sector environment. This is a contract role for 12 months, requiring the candidate to be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role. The role involves a hybrid work model with 4 days remote and 1 day onsite in Columbia, SC. The interview process consists of 2 rounds, conducted virtually/online.

Requirements

10+ Years of SAP Project Management experience in Public Sector
3+ Years of Full Cycle SAP Public Sector Implementations
Strong experience with Kronos Workforce Management systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP/Kronos project management and business process design initiatives
Support and enhance Kronos Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduler applications
Handle system configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, testing, deployments, and upgrades
Manage Kronos dashboards, reporting, HyperFind, and statistical charts
Coordinate with executive leadership, HR teams, and technical teams
Monitor integrations, time clock connectivity, and overall system performance
Lead testing activities, defect triage meetings, and release management
Develop training materials, process documentation, and user guides
Work directly with Kronos Global Support for issue resolution and enhancements
Ensure successful SAP Public Sector implementation and project delivery
