About The Position

The PEO Architect will partner with the client to analyze and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables. The consultant will implement, customize, and test solutions on client systems and develop client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed. Prepare, design, realize and support Go-Lives for customer implementation projects Support feasibility studies and process design reviews Detailed planning of process implementation Detailed blueprinting for development requirements Develop and Assure quality of process models Demonstrate profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools Support the development of overall project plans (scoping process) as well as individual work plans; acting as liaison with client for troubleshooting (investigates, analyses, and solves software problems) Analyze and map clients’ business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs. Support the NA Services Organization with implementation projects, pre-sales support (estimating), spot consulting and internal projects and commit to the success of customers, partners, colleagues, and SAP Up to 50% travel may be required (when travel returns to normal pre-COVID levels)

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline
  • A minimum of 7 years’ progressive experience
  • Minimum 8 years of consulting experience
  • Involved in at least 2 full cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA Production Engineering and Operations.
  • Aerospace & Defense industry experience
  • Knowledge of SAP’s Design to Operate (DTO)
  • Experience with SAP Implementation Methodologies (ASAP, Activate, Sprints, Advanced Deployment, etc.)
  • Customer facing experience with strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within client company

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate degree a plus
  • Experience with Discrete Manufacturing & Core Logistics business processes in S/4HANA Manufacturing, production planning, execution, logistics and quality management a plus
  • Prior experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and SAP Complex Assembly Manufacturing Solution (CAMS) a plus
  • Formal SAP certification preferred
