Requirements

10+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, or related technical fields.
Strong full-stack development expertise with enterprise-grade application development using microservices architecture, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services and technologies including SAP Generative AI Hub, SAP AI Core & AI Launchpad, SAP Build Suite
Strong hands-on programming expertise in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen, or equivalent agentic AI frameworks.
Experience building LLM-powered enterprise applications including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, semantic search, autonomous agents, and AI orchestration layers.
Experience designing and implementing multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, and AI-driven decision engines.
Strong understanding of enterprise data engineering concepts including APIs, distributed data processing, data pipelines, feature stores, and model deployment workflows.
Solid expertise in enterprise integration architecture using SAP Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh, and hybrid cloud integration patterns.
Experience with containerization and cloud-native tooling including Docker, Kubernetes/Kyma, GitHub, GitLab, JFrog, and DevOps automation.
Strong understanding of SAP architecture principles including Clean Core, RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, extensibility concepts, and enterprise transformation frameworks.
Familiarity with responsible AI principles include explainability, observability, governance, security, compliance, and bias mitigation in enterprise AI systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical field.
10+ years of experience in senior technical, consulting, or customer-facing engineering roles.

Responsibilities

Push the boundaries of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and LLMs by building intelligent enterprise solutions powered by real-world business data.
Design and develop AI-powered autonomous assistants capable of reasoning, planning, decision-making, and executing complex business workflows.
Build and orchestrate multi-agent AI frameworks where specialized agents collaborate to solve enterprise business problems across SAP landscapes.
Develop enterprise-grade AI applications using SAP BTP services including SAP Generative AI Hub, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, SAP AI Business Services, and Joule Studio.
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, explainable, secure, compliant, and aligned with responsible AI and enterprise governance principles.
Contribute to enterprise AI adoption initiatives by delivering reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices for autonomous business operations.
Partner with solution architects, SAP product owners, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI innovation across SAP ecosystems.
