About The Position

The Principal IT Architect will provide technical expertise in analyzing, planning, implementing, and executing business-specific processes using SAP methodologies, integrations, software tools, and applications. This position supports the business by solving issues encountered in applications and processes. Additionally, candidates will leverage their application knowledge to analyze how to improve business operations through better utilization of existing or additional application functionalities. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating multiple applications within the SAP domain, including S4 HANA, ABAP, UI5, and FIORI. Reporting to the Enterprise IT function, the position will interact with and primarily support key business stakeholders by architecting and designing solutions. The role will contribute to the overall SAP roadmap at Honeywell, designing and building architecturally sound and maintainable solutions to meet business objectives, while collaborating with the Operations team to ensure a stable environment. The position will lead project delivery by demonstrating strong functional and technical proficiency throughout the project lifecycle, including providing technical expertise and hands-on work to achieve project milestones. Requirements

Technical expertise in analyzing, planning, implementing, and executing business-specific processes using SAP methodologies, integrations, software tools, and applications.
Experience working with S4 HANA, ABAP, UI5, and FIORI.
Ability to architect and design solutions.

Responsibilities

Support the business by solving issues encountered in applications and processes.
Analyze how to help the business by making better use of existing/additional application functionalities.
Develop, maintain, and coordinate multiple applications within the SAP domain, including S4 HANA, ABAP, UI5, and FIORI.
Architect and design solutions to support key business stakeholders.
Provide input into the overall SAP roadmap.
Design and build architecturally sound and maintainable solutions to meet business objectives.
Partner with the Operations team to ensure a stable environment.
Lead project delivery by displaying sound functional and technical proficiency across all stages of the project lifecycle.
Provide technical expertise and hands-on work to meet project milestones.
