About The Position

Seeking a Senior SAP Functional Analyst specializing in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) to support an enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation. The role focuses on designing, configuring, developing, and optimizing financial allocation models, costing solutions, profitability analysis, and financial calculation frameworks.

Requirements

• Hands-on SAP PaPM implementation, configuration, and modeling experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with complex cost allocations, calculation logic, and multi-stage allocation models.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, cost center accounting, costing, and profitability analysis in SAP FI/CO.
• Experience developing and validating financial calculations and profitability models.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO integration and financial data flows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and requirements-gathering skills.

• SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation project experience.
• Experience with SAP PaPM allocation and calculation functions.
• Experience with financial reconciliation, audit controls, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with cost-to-serve analysis and financial performance management.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize SAP PaPM allocation and calculation models.
• Develop complex, multi-stage cost allocation methodologies.
• Support profitability analysis, cost accounting, and financial modeling.
• Gather Finance and Controlling requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Support integration between SAP PaPM and SAP S/4HANA FI/CO.
• Validate financial calculations, data reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with SAP teams and System Integrators.
• Support accurate, auditable management and regulatory reporting.
