This role is responsible for delivering dynamic support by identifying and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business processes. The individual will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate effectively, and guide the team to ensure high performance. Accountability for team decisions, engagement with various cross-functional groups, and contribution to key strategic and operational outcomes are expected. The role also involves providing solutions to complex problems within and across teams, requiring expert-level proficiency in SAP SD Functional. The work includes monitoring day-to-day activities like system and dashboard monitoring, coordinating with offshore and onshore teams regarding business requirements and challenges, and interacting with client teams for critical business processes. It also involves analyzing system performance, identifying improvement opportunities, developing and implementing strategies for system functionality and stability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on project goals. Documentation of processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps is crucial for building a knowledge base. The position supports end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including Order Management, Pricing & Formula & Average pricing, Packing, Billing, Invoicing, Returns, Output, and Credit Management, as well as TSW-Nominations and Ticketing, TD-Bulk shipment and Exchanges processes. Troubleshooting inbound and outbound interface issues with third-party systems, in collaboration with Technical and PI/PO teams, and facilitating training sessions for knowledge sharing and team development are also key aspects.
