About The Position

SAP NS2 is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution Architect to join their team. This role involves translating workforce strategy and business needs into secure, scalable HCM solutions for U.S. national security, federal, and critical-infrastructure customers. The architect will engage with senior stakeholders, lead discovery sessions, conduct architecture reviews, and communicate solution options, risks, and tradeoffs. The position requires a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to mentoring colleagues. Experience with SAP HCM on-premise, S/4HANA, or hybrid HCM landscapes is considered valuable.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success serving as an SAP SuccessFactors HCM Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or trusted advisor for complex customer transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and multiple HCM domains, such as Recruiting, Learning, Performance and Goals, Succession, Workforce Analytics, or Employee Central Payroll.
• Ability to design and communicate end-to-end HCM application, data, integration, security, and access architectures across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including customer discovery, solution strategy, proposal development, request-for-proposal responses, demonstrations, or solution presentations.
• Strong workshop facilitation, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to advise senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cloud security, data protection, and compliance considerations for regulated customer environments.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for customer access.

Responsibilities

• Help shape and position SAP NS2 HCM solutions for U.S. national security, federal, and critical-infrastructure customers.
• Support customer discovery, solution strategy, architecture assessments, roadmap development, implementation planning, and optimization as an HCM solution advisor.
• Partner with sales teams to develop proposals and request-for-proposal responses, present solution approaches, and articulate the value of SAP NS2 HCM services.
• Define and validate secure HCM application, data, integration, security, and access architectures across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Advise customers on practical approaches for SuccessFactors capabilities, including Employee Central, talent management, recruiting, learning, workforce analytics, and payroll.
• Support key design decisions, solution quality reviews, and critical customer situations in partnership with delivery, security, engineering, operations, product, and sales teams.
• Contribute reusable architecture patterns, strengthen the HCM services portfolio, and mentor team members.
