About The Position

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. The Solution Adoption Campaign Internship supports the SAP Solution Adoption Team in defining and executing the Solution Adoption strategy and leverage analytics to build best-in-class customer experiences. The solution scope covers Cloud ERP Private and/or Supply Chain solutions.

Requirements

  • currently pursuing a business related degree (Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Event Management, Management Information System (MIS), (Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA)
  • Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
  • Ability to interact positively at all levels across the company and work with a variety of employees cross functionally
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Critical thinking, ability to challenge thought processes productively, while maintaining strong business relationships
  • Cloud software experience
  • Passionate about customer experience and value realization
  • Strong prioritization skills for timely delivery of ongoing requests and special projects
  • Strong Project and Program management skills

Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders to define Solution Adoption strategies and track progression towards yearly targets
  • Working closely Solution Adoption Leads towards defining focus topics and later structuring the process execution for adoption campaigns
  • Plan, lead, and execute end to end solution adoption campaigns to provide greater visibility and insights to the business
  • Build and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams and manage expectations and timelines for delivery.
  • Provide reporting and analytics to support Customer Success reporting to get insights into the overall cloud business and key business drivers
  • Analyze campaign performance and key impact drivers, translating findings into stakeholder-facing data visualizations and actionable recommendations.
  • Extract, transform, and process data to get insights into the overall cloud business and key business drivers
  • Identify opportunities to further scale and automate reporting assets for quicker analysis and information sharing
