About The Position

In this role, you will contribute to building modern cloud platforms with embedded AI-driven capabilities and automation:

Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum team distributed across global time zones
Understand functional and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Design and develop frontend, backend, and DevOps components with a focus on automation and intelligent operations
Contribute to AIOps use cases, such as:

Log/metric analysis and anomaly detection
Intelligent alerting and incident insights
Automation of operational workflows (runbooks, pipelines)
Assist in integrating AI/ML or rule-based intelligence into operational tools and services
Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following engineering best practices
Develop and execute unit tests and validation scenarios
Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems with a focus on observability and reliability
Collaborate on improving DevOps pipelines and cloud-native development practices

Requirements

• Self-driven individual with strong willingness to learn and explore new technologies
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages: JavaScript, Node.js, Java, or Python
• Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Basic understanding of Observability (logs, metrics, traces)
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, pipelines)
• Interest or exposure to AI/ML concepts, such as: Data analysis or scripting for automation, Anomaly detection or pattern recognition, Using AI tools (e.g., copilots, LLM-based assistants) in development workflows
• Familiarity with Python for data processing or automation is a plus
