About The Position

The SAP Internship Experience Program (iXp) is a global, strategic, paid internship program designed for university students to find purpose in their careers. This program offers more than just an internship; it serves as a foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. The intern will focus on enhancing content governance and lifecycle processes using AI to drive automation, insights, and productivity. This work will involve multiple platforms and tools such as Highspot, Adobe Analytics, Wrike, Copilot, and internal AI solutions, providing exposure to real-world applications. The role involves investigating and evaluating AI agents for content process optimization, applying AI-driven analysis for content performance and gap assessment, and using AI tools to prioritize content lifecycle actions. The intern will also analyze current tools and workflows to identify AI-enabled task opportunities and refresh process documentation for the Content Center of Excellence, Sharepoint site, and newsletter to evangelize best practices. The intern will be a key member of a fun, innovative, and cutting-edge content team, contributing to real impact and efficiency by reducing time to market and improving content performance. Additionally, there will be opportunities to collaborate with the Enterprise Shared Services team, including demand generation/digital marketing, analytics, community and advocacy, and events. During the academic year, the intern will continue auditing, managing, and improving content lifecycle processes, support optimization initiatives, help redesign and enhance the Content Team SharePoint site, update documentation and guidelines, and improve the discoverability and usability of internal content resources.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate in marketing, communications, information systems or related field
• Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
• Experience with AI tools and desire to learn more
• Organized with stellar project management skills
• Creative and design-minded
• Thoughtful communicator
• Resourceful
• Experience with MSFT office, Sharepoint, etc.

Nice To Haves

• Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate the use of AI agents to accelerate and optimize current content processes
• Apply AI-driven analysis to assess existing content performance and gap-analysis data
• Use AI tools to help prioritize content lifecycle actions such as refreshes, archiving, and derivative content creation
• Analyze current tools and workflows to identify opportunities where AI-enabled tasks can be applied
• Refresh and improve process documentation including our Content Center of Excellence, Sharepoint site, and newsletter to help evangelize best practices across the team
• Continue auditing, managing, and improving content lifecycle processes using new tools and insights developed during the summer
• Support ongoing optimization initiatives across platforms
• Help redesign and enhance the Content Team SharePoint site
• Update and maintain documentation, guidelines, and process materials you helped refine
• Improve discoverability and usability of internal content resources.
