About The Position

The SAP Internship Experience Program (iXp) is a global, strategic, paid internship program designed to provide university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data, customer insights, and marketing strategy, helping to deliver highly personalized, micro-targeted campaigns to niche customer segments worldwide. The intern will analyze customer data to identify patterns and insights, breaking down and segmenting datasets to better understand specific audience groups. They will translate findings into clear insights and recommendations and build presentations that support marketing campaigns and strategies. The intern will share insights and help align strategies across teams, while also identifying successful approaches and helping scale them across regions. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review campaign performance to suggest improvements, and support the development of targeted marketing efforts for niche customer segments.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master's Degree Program.
  • Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Co-Pilot, and SharePoint.), Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Project management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

  • Bonus skills in Python.
  • Passion for marketing and data analytics is desired.
