The Product & Engineering organization for SAP Customer Experience is focused on creating solutions that make marketing, sales, shopping, and customer service better for businesses – and their customers. Our goal is to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data to improve these areas, making them more efficient and effective. The Office of the President engages regularly with employees and leaders to ensure that the organization runs smoothly, and that the business creates meaningful impact for our customers. We work closely with many other teams in order to create and amplify compelling content and storytelling. We are looking for a highly motivated and extremely organized self-starter who is creative, can write clear copy under pressure, demonstrate digital/social media savvy, and has a passion for technology. In this role you will develop a solid foundation and understanding of internal corporate communications, employee engagement, change management, and scaling for impact.
