Requirements

7+ years SAP development experience, including S/4 Greenfield
2+ years SAP S/4HANA data conversion experience
Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation
Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast‑paced environment
In‑depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
Ability to align SAP project goals with broader business objectives, ensuring strategic alignment
Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance skills and capabilities
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within SAP project teams
Familiarity with SAP tools and technologies, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends
Experience with Agile methodology
Experience with DevSecOps automated tools
US Citizen (no duals)
Ability to obtain a client Public Trust government clearance

Responsibilities

Conduct translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
Interact with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
Prepare programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
Apply experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning
Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
Lead efforts to design an appropriate data migration solution and create data migration strategy
Write, review, and approve technical specification documents
Develop and execute cutover plans for conversion execution
Plan and execute mock conversions
