About The Position

We are seeking a self-driven professional with a minimum of 10+ years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP BIB, and employee/organizational replication. You will be responsible for integration troubleshooting and monitoring, data mapping and transformation, and understanding foundation object and HR master data structures. The ideal candidate will have strong, proven experience in data replication of complex HR scenarios.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong expertise in SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder).
• Strong expertise in Employee and organizational replication.
• Strong expertise in Integration troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Strong expertise in Data mapping and transformation.
• Strong expertise in Foundation object and HR master data structures.
• Proven experience in data replication of complex HR scenarios.
• Experience working with EC Payroll.
• Experience working with SAP HCM.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.

Nice To Haves

• CPI integrations preferable.
