SAP Functional Business Analyst – Onsite in Battle Creek, MI
About The Position
At Accenture Federal Services, the SAP Functional Business Analyst will work directly with stakeholders at the Battle Creek, Michigan client location to shape and optimize business processes. The role gathers and refines requirements, analyzes business processes, and ensures technology solutions align with organizational goals. It also translates business needs into technical specifications and supports SAP S/4HANA implementation and continuous improvement. The analyst applies Agile methodology and collaborates with business users, IT teams, and cross-functional partners. The position includes planning and conducting system testing, creating test cases, identifying and tracking defects, and working with technical teams to resolve them. The role is onsite at the client location every week Tuesday through Thursday.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of SAP experience in one or more of the following areas: FI, MM, or SD.
- Experience planning, designing, and executing SAP test cases.
- Must be eligible to obtain a government clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required; dual citizenship is not permitted.
- Must be willing and able to work onsite at the client location every week, Tuesday through Thursday.
- Applicants must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with SAFe.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business and technical requirements for SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Analyze and document business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Apply Agile methodology to manage project tasks, sprints, and deliverables.
- Create detailed test cases and execute system testing to ensure solution quality and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle, working with technical teams on resolution.
- Engage with business users and IT teams to deliver technology solutions.
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA systems to meet evolving business needs.
