About The Position

The SAP Functional Analyst is responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Field applications using SAP as a back end. This role will primarily focus on the SAP modules SD module, MM, and PS providing support to end-users and assisting with basic troubleshooting.

Requirements

Experience in the operations of Centuri Field or back-office operations.
Basic understanding of existing field module concepts and processes.
Familiarity with SAP ERP and its integration with other modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Willing to learn and adapt to changes in technology and business processes.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor's degree in a related field (business, IT, etc.) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Communicate with business operations to conceptualize solutions and capture detailed requirements.
Assist in the configuration and setting up of SAP modules to meet business requirements.
Provide first-level support to end-users for SAP Field related issues, such as eDPR config Time Entry, and related processes.
Create and maintain documentation related to SAP Field configurations, processes, and user guides.
Assist in testing SAP field processes and configurations, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Assist with data entry, data migration, and data maintenance within the SAP SD, MM, and PS modules.
Provide basic training to end-users and help them understand how to use the SAP SD, MM and PS module effectively in support of Field operations.
Identify and resolve basic SAP Field issues or escalate more complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 consultants.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other SAP modules like MM, HR, FI/CO to ensure smooth business processes.
Suggest process improvements and enhancements in the SAP Field solutions to optimize business operations.
