About The Position

Accenture's SAP practice is seeking a Manager with expertise in SAP FSCM (Credit, Collections, Disputes) to join their team, focusing on the Life Sciences industry. This role involves transforming how clients live and work through SAP solutions, design thinking, modern methodologies, and AI. The Life Sciences industry is undergoing significant transformation, and SAP technologies are crucial for these organizations. Accenture is a market leader in this space and is expanding its SAP team with advisory skills to drive large-scale transformations. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of SAP Functional and Technical expertise in FSCM, specifically: Credit Management (credit control areas, credit segments and credit master data), Collections Management (collection strategy, worklists and segmentation rules) and Dispute Management (dispute case processing, workflows and reason codes)
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Life Sciences clients/Industry (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including design, configure, test and deployment of credit risk management, customer collections, and dispute resolution processes to ensure optimized cash flow, reduced DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and controlled credit exposure
Experience managing SAP delivery teams, in a Global Delivery Model, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live
Prior experience in an Advisory and/or Consulting role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Responsibilities

Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future)
Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps, including during sales origination, proposal development, and client presentations
Architect end-to-end Finance solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add-on partner solutions
Clearly explain SAP’s Business AI strategy, including an understanding of its capabilities and roadmap
Identify functional areas of expertise where AI can deliver real value to clients
Experience in deployment of AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and ability to explain how these AI-driven improvements can enhance project delivery
Advise, design, and deliver Finance solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging SAP solutions and embedded innovation
Lead large project teams of varying size and scope – helping them achieve transformational roadmaps – onsite with clients or within Accenture
Become a trusted expert and advisor to clients, team, and Accenture Leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations across their area of expertise
Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices, and develop the next level of transformation experts
