About The Position

Accenture is seeking an SAP Finance Process Integration Lead for its Software & Platforms industry practice. The role involves originating, selling, advising on, architecting, and delivering SAP-based Finance transformation programs. The lead partners with senior client Finance executives to understand business challenges and trends, communicate the value of SAP solutions, and define transformation journeys through business cases and roadmaps. The position designs end-to-end Finance solutions using SAP technologies, custom applications, partner solutions, and embedded innovation. It also applies SAP Business AI capabilities and identifies opportunities to use AI in client solutions and delivery. The lead manages project teams and transformation roadmaps, advises clients and Accenture leadership on relevant regulations and industry trends, and contributes thought leadership, assets, best practices, and development of future transformation experts. Travel may be required, varying from 0% to 100% based on business and client needs.

Requirements

At least 12 years of experience as an SAP Functional Solution Architect and Process Integration Lead, with extensive functional and technical knowledge of Finance processes for the Software & Platforms industry.
At least 8 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Software & Platforms clients and/or industry; SAP support or managed services experience does not count toward this requirement.
At least 8 years of experience with SAP Finance integrations with other cross-functional areas.
At least 6 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Software & Platforms projects or clients.
Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model, including leading complex workshops and design decisions and leading system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live.
Prior experience in an Advisory or Consulting role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years of work experience; alternatively, an Associate’s degree with at least 6 years of equivalent work experience.
U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Engage with senior client Finance executives about business challenges, trends, and the potential value of current and future SAP solutions.
Lead customers in defining their SAP journey, including developing business cases and roadmaps during sales origination, proposal development, and client presentations.
Architect end-to-end Finance solutions that use SAP technologies, custom applications, and add-on partner solutions.
Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy, capabilities, and roadmap, and identify functional areas where AI can deliver value to clients.
Apply AI use cases in SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explain how AI-driven improvements can enhance project delivery.
Advise, design, and deliver Finance solutions based on industry and technology best practices, SAP solutions, and embedded innovation.
Lead project teams of varying size and scope in achieving transformation roadmaps, either onsite with clients or within Accenture.
Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations and serve as a trusted expert and advisor to clients, teams, and Accenture leadership.
Develop thought leadership, assets, and best practices, and help develop the next level of transformation experts.
Lead complex workshops and design decisions and oversee system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live as part of SAP delivery team leadership.
