About The Position

Accenture is seeking an SAP Finance Process Integration Lead to originate, sell, advise on, architect, and deliver SAP-based Finance transformation projects for Software & Platforms clients. The role applies SAP application and finance-process expertise to help clients define transformation journeys, build business cases and roadmaps, and realize value from SAP solutions and innovations. The lead engages senior Finance executives, designs end-to-end Finance solutions using SAP technologies and partner solutions, and advises on SAP Business AI capabilities and use cases. The role leads project teams through transformation programs and delivery, serves as a trusted client and internal advisor, and contributes thought leadership, assets, best practices, and development of future transformation experts. Travel may range from 0% to 100%, depending on business need and client requirements.

Requirements

At least 12 years of experience as an SAP Functional Solution Architect and Process Integration Lead, with extensive functional and technical knowledge of Finance processes for the Software & Platforms industry.
At least 8 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Software & Platforms clients and/or industry; SAP support and managed services experience does not count toward this requirement.
At least 8 years of experience with SAP Finance integrations with other cross-functional areas.
At least 6 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Software & Platforms projects or clients.
Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model, including leading complex workshops, design decisions, system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live.
Prior experience in an advisory or consulting role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years of work experience. Applicants with an associate degree must have at least 6 years of equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Engage senior client Finance executives on business challenges, trends, and the potential value of current and future SAP solutions.
Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through business cases and roadmaps, including sales origination, proposal development, and client presentations.
Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom applications, and partner add-on solutions.
Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy, capabilities, and roadmap, and identify Finance areas where AI can deliver client value.
Deploy AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explain how AI-driven improvements can enhance project delivery.
Advise, design, and deliver Finance solutions based on industry and technology best practices, SAP solutions, and embedded innovation.
Lead project teams of varying size and scope in achieving transformation roadmaps, onsite with clients or within Accenture.
Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations to serve as a trusted expert and advisor to clients, teams, and Accenture leadership.
Contribute thought leadership, build assets and best practices, and develop the next generation of transformation experts.
Manage SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model, including driving workshops and design decisions and leading system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live.
