We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior SAP FI Process Support and Master Data Analyst. This position requires prior experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with familiarity in SAP functionalities for Joint Venture/Finance, including overhead, convenience netting, cutback, prior periods adjustments and allocation cycles.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or in Information Systems combined with accounting work experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting and/or utilizing SAP FI upstream oil and gas modules (JVA, AM, CO, PS, GL, AP, AR, MM and Timesheet).
Strong knowledge of SAP FI integration with other modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in the Oil and Gas industry
Familiarity in SAP functionalities for Joint Venture/Finance, including overhead, convenience netting, cutback, prior periods adjustments and allocation cycles.

Responsibilities

Monitor master data SharePoint and mailboxes for new requests.
Maintain JOAs, JVs, cost centers, projects (WBSs/AFEs), profit centers, well ids, etc.
Maintain asset under construction, final asset, TECO projects, settlement rules, and project hierarchy as needed.
Maintain Service orders and other master data Timesheet related.
Responsible for ongoing Master Data support ensuring integrity across various SAP landscapes.
Execute technical closing procedures in SAP for both month-end and year-end processes.
Provide assistance and support for any issues or inquiries related to the execution of these processes.
Execute testing procedures for SAP upgrades, new releases, acquisitions, and functionality changes, including unit, integration, regression, interfaces, and user acceptance testing.
Coordinate data loading for new acquisitions with proper IT team validating data in testing and production environments.
Review existing processes and procedures to pinpoint potential areas for automation.
Serve as backup for other roles within the team when required.
Work with Central Finance team to setup NON-SAP companies.
