About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking an Information Technology Senior SAP Finance Analyst to join the SAP S/4 Center of Excellence. This role will lead the Enterprise SAP S4 Finance Functional value stream, supporting SAP S4 transformations. As the Functional and Applications SAP Finance Analyst and lead, you will be the responsible value stream lead for SAP Enterprise Finance Solutions for Finance work stream domains. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the template, supporting the business in designing and developing new solutions, and ensuring all changes, projects, enhancements, and fixes are applied according to the SAP Activate Methodology and industry best practices. You will support functional teams based on business priorities and communicate with program leaders. This role requires staying updated with market updates in SAP and non-SAP modules to drive efficiency, robustness, and automation. The focus is to lead, advise, support, and guide all aspects of SAP Finance Solutions. The individual must be an expert in global organizations, capable of working with team members across multiple US sites and international locations. Strong business acumen and excellent partnership skills are essential for collaborating and influencing stakeholders and other IT divisions in a demanding environment. The role reports to the Senior Manager of SAP Finance in the SAP CoE Organization. Candidates must be a US Person (Green Card holder or US Citizen) and live or be willing to relocate at their own expense to St. Louis, Philadelphia, Dallas, Miami, Arlington VA, or Seattle.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher
15+ years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting and SAP Controlling – FI/CO
10+ years of experience in leading Finance initiatives and implementation teams
10+ years of proven experience in GL, Intercompany, AP/AR, Tax
5+ years leading and guiding teams through projects
Experience in SAP Finance system architecture, configuration, and administration
Full lifecycle implementation experience (greenfield, rollouts, upgrades), minimum of 3
Able to travel both domestically and internationally
US Person (Green Card holder or US Citizen)

SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP S/4HANA Finance
Experience working in large organizations with large SAP footprint
15+ years of experience in Information Technology (IT) systems
10+ years of experience in the Digital Transformation Environment (DTE)
SAP FI/CO Labor Costing and Material Costing knowledge

Responsibilities

Lead, Support, guide and advice on SAP Finance implementation through SAP S4 projects, responsible for design and delivery within our SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) organization
Create standards and maintain templates for successful SAP Finance implementations
Lead and integrate team activities across SAP implementation activities including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, project support and/or process analysis by applying the SAP Activate Methodology.
Develop and execute plans, policies and procedures and provide input on business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Assist in acquiring resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Drive end-to-end functional solution design, and in collaboration with delivery team’s realization and deployment activities across the enterprise and SI’s
Adopt and establish standards, best practices and processes as needed towards designing high quality functional and technical solutions
Drive governance of the functional and technical design of SAP finance solution delivery functions
Keeping track of team activities and utilizing tools such as JIRA for communication and reporting to leadership and peers.
