About The Position

We are seeking a skilled SAP ERP Project Manager to join a global IT company. This full-time role is based in Irving, TX, and requires proficiency in both English and intermediate Japanese. The position involves managing and performing various aspects of SAP ERP and other systems, including requirement analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and operation for key accounts. The successful candidate will oversee project execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion that meets client expectations. Responsibilities include solving software requirements by analyzing, creating, and modifying SAP ERP systems, changing system configurations or programs, creating and maintaining documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and analyzing client inquiries.

Requirements

• Project Management skills.
• Analytical skills regarding requirement definitions, developments, implementation of SAP ERP and other system applications, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Intermediate Japanese communication skills are required in order to communicate with Japanese clients.
• Minimum 1 year of user support experience.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP ERP implementation experience.
• Experience in web application development.

Nice To Haves

• SAP Certified Application Associate with ERP.
• Project Management Professional (PMP).

Responsibilities

• Managing and performing SAP ERP and other systems related requirement analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and operation for our key accounts.
• Overseeing project execution and ensuring the on-time on-budget completion of projects which meet or exceeds the clients’ needs and expectations.
• Solves software requirements by analyzing, creating, and modifying SAP ERP systems to meet user needs.
• Change SAP ERP and other system configurations or programs.
• Create and maintain documentation of program designs and operation manuals by interpreting instructions and conducting training sessions as necessary.
• Communicate and negotiate with project stakeholders.
• Analyze client inquiries and requirements.
