About The Position

The SAP ERP Manager will be responsible for managing and performing SAP ERP and other systems related requirement analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and operation for key accounts. This role involves overseeing project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget completion that meets client needs. The manager will solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, and modifying SAP ERP systems, and will also handle configuration changes and program modifications. Additionally, the role includes creating and maintaining documentation, leading project members, and supporting sales, proposals, and business development. A key aspect of the role is analyzing client inquiries and requirements, specifically in financial accounting, and modifying SAP ERP system configurations accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Effective English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical skills regarding requirement definitions, development, implementation of SAP ERP in financial accounting area.
• Minimum 3 years of user support experience.
• Minimum 7 years of SAP ERP implementation experience.

Nice To Haves

• Effective Japanese language skills.
• SAP Certified Application Associate for Financial Accounting.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Managing and performing SAP ERP and other systems related requirement analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and operation for key accounts.
• Overseeing project execution and ensuring the on-time on-budget completion of projects which meet or exceeds the clients’ needs and expectations.
• Solving software requirements by analyzing, creating, and modifying SAP ERP systems to meet user needs.
• Changing SAP ERP and other system configurations or programs.
• Creating and maintaining documentation of program designs and operation manuals by interpreting instructions and conducting training sessions as necessary.
• Leading and motivating project members.
• Project management duties including sales, proposals, and business development support.
• Analyzing client inquiries and requirements, and changing SAP ERP system configurations in terms of financial accounting.
